The cheeto man has put 35% tariffs on products going into the USA from Canada. The shirts I print on are not made in canada, therefore they are not CUSMA complient. My paintings, drawings and prints though should be tariff free! You will notice an increase in shipping because bigcartel doesn't have an option to add duty fees.
-PRICES AND SHIPPING ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLAR $ But HEY americans, our dollar is worth less than yours! so it's still cheaper!

I live in Canada, so shipping can take a bit! Shipping times:
Within Canada: up to 2 weeks
United States: up to 4 weeks
International (anywhere outside of North America): up to 6-8 weeks
ALL my merch is printed to order, meaning I do not keep stock, so it can take 3-4 weeks for me to print it and ship it.
Please email me if you haven't received your package after 8 weeks. Holiday season will also always slow down and stretch out shipping times so please keep that in mind.
*Also, if for some reason your order gets stuck at the border with customs, it will stay at customs for 2 weeks.
-All paintings are shipped with tracking information!
REFUNDS:
Refunds of shirt costs are only done if an item has not been received after 9 weeks or it arrives damaged, or it has been sent back to me. If the shirt doesn't fit or you've decided you no longer want the product within a week of receiving it, you can get a refund of the product (not shipping) if you mail the product back to me, but shipping costs will be on you.
NO REFUNDS on shipping costs, shipping is out of my control, if you missed the delivery or put in a wrong address, that is not on me. I go over every product I mail out and I only send good quality items for you <3
*NO REFUNDS for misprint shirts. They are final sale
*Please remember I hand dye and screen print all my merch by my self in my apartment. Mostly all items are unique in themselves and may have tiny print imperfections and may not look exactly like the photo. Everything printed is made to order and can can take 1-3 weeks to ship out unless otherwise stated.
